"My wife and I are residents of Michigan, retired, and like most retired Michigan people, we are tired of the winter months we have faced for 7 decades. This year after one of our annual 2-3 week WDW getaways, we discussed the possibility of a trial rental for a 6-8 week period. A friend of mine gave me a contact who provided me with someone to work with about our short-term rental. I made an inquiry about what we wanted, and within a matter of moments I had received a reply from Dana Hall-Bradley. That reply stated that they only do long-term rentals, but she provided me with some options. Since then I have pushed the envelope a bit, asking Dana about concerns I had regarding our short-term rental goal. And it is based on my contacts with Dana that I submit this recommendation. In all my years I have never or rarely ever (after all I am 70 and don't remember everything) that has proved to be so friendly, professional, and helpful, who had absolutely no skin in the game so to speak.
